Regardless of the services your business requires, we keep our process simple and transparent. It looks like this:


  1. Inquiry & Consultation – We start with an initial call, email, or in-person meeting to understand your needs and goals for your business.
  2. Onboarding  – We collect your information and set up (or gain access to) your QuickBooks Online file and get everything updated and tidy. For payroll, we gather and enter necessary employee data and prepare for the first pay date.
  3. Ongoing Services– We handle the day-to-day heavy lifting, maintaining your bank feeds and keeping reconciliations up-to-date. We are readily available when you need us for questions, concerns, or additional requests.
  4. Reporting – We deliver precise monthly or quarterly reports, depending on your preference. These reports include your Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and other items, specifically aligned to your business needs, to keep you informed and prepared for growth. We also provide transaction-level reports for your review to confirm complete accuracy in financial statements.


Absolutely. We don't believe in "one size fits all." Whether you need an emergency cleanup, a complete migration, or for us to simply handle your reconciliations, we shape our involvement to match your business needs.

To provide the highest level of specialized service in bookkeeping and payroll, we do not file taxes. Instead, we provide tax-ready financial reports and communicate directly with your tax preparer, acting as the liaison for your year-end data. Instead of dealing with the usual stress of getting everything organized at the last minute, you can rest easy knowing your books are ready to go long before the deadline.


We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and availability. Once you inquire, complete your consultation, and we agree on a customized plan, we’ll provide a clear start window based on our current capacity. We prioritize our existing clients at the beginning of each month to ensure their reports are delivered accurately and on time, and we’re intentional about not stretching our team too thin. No matter when you contact us, you’ll always receive a precise timeline so you know exactly what to expect.


While we are based in the Eugene, Oregon area and love supporting our local community, our firm is designed to be fully digital. By working remotely, we can serve clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond seamlessly. For local clients, we are always happy to discuss occasional in-person meetings if your specific needs require it!


We provide a full financial reporting package, including your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, tailored to your business needs, along with a detailed transaction list so you always know where your business stands. Upon request, we can also build fully customized financial packages outside of the standard QuickBooks Online reporting that include just about any report or breakout your business needs.


At the start of our work together, we bill hourly while we get your books organized and your systems ready for ongoing maintenance. Once everything is running smoothly, we’ll propose a monthly or quarterly fee based on your transaction volume, number of accounts, employees, payroll runs, and the level of involvement you’re looking for. This set fee gives you a predictable billing schedule you can rely on.
